Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our R&D team in Akron, Ohio. This onsite role supports rubber processing and testing, including mixing, sample prep, and both physical and chemical analysis.
You will work with Banbury mixers, mills, and cure presses to produce rubber compounds and prepare specimens for testing. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of lab or mechanical experience, basic computer skills, and a safety-focused mindset.
