Job summary

Mosaic Diagnostics is seeking a Laboratory Technologist (I, II, III) in Overland Park, KS. The role involves performing chemical analyses, operating GCMS/LCMS, and maintaining instruments in a high-precision clinical lab.

You will prepare reagents, manage daily workflow, and ensure timely, accurate results for physicians. The candidate should have a biology/chemistry/medical technology degree, hands-on lab instrumentation experience, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or medical technology.
• GCMS or LCMS experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory assays following Mosaic DX SOPs.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
• Prepare reagents and quality controls; maintain instrument readiness.
• Enter results into LIMS/LIS for patient reporting.
• Adhere to CLIA and safety requirements.
