Job summary

The University of South Carolina in Columbia is seeking a Laboratory Technologist II to support College of Arts and Sciences lab sections.

You will perform cleaning of lab equipment, autoclave waste, and help faculty and students prepare specialty media for Microbiology and Bacteriology labs, including inoculation of bacterial cultures.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
