Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. is hiring a Laboratory Technician, QC in Coventry, RI to support GMP analytical development and QC operations. You will handle documentation, equipment prep, calibration coordination, and lab logistics in a fast-paced CRO/CDMO environment.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher and 2+ years of pharma industry experience with GMP exposure. Strong attention to detail and ability to work across departments are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems for instrument calibration; escort vendors.
• Assist with deliveries, gas cylinders, and lab supplies.
• Manage shipping requests and ELN inventory.

Job Overview

The Laboratory Technician will provide lab operations support to QCA department enabling high complexity analytical development and GMP work to be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Filing and management of GMP documentation.
• Cleaning of lab glassware.
• Prepare solutions, mobile phases, calibrate balance and other instrument as needed
• Maintain the system for sending equipment and instruments for external calibration.
• Escort vendors for instrumentation, equipment and lab maintenance.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups of gas cylinders, Dwyer gases, etc.
• Managing shipping requests.
• Order chemicals and lab supplies. Maintain ELN database for chemical inventory.
• Assist in 5S sustainability in QCA laboratories.
• Maintain good laboratory practices and GMP in compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Ability to work successfully in both a team/matrix environment as well as independently.
• Report lab event or deviation and participate in the investigation.
• Participate, support and facilitate site audits as directed and required.
• Perform other related assignments and duties as required and assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree and above
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• Prior experience in GMP manufacturing and laboratory operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and hazardous material handling practices.
• Ability of working cross-functionally across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a regulated environment.
