Job summary

Armtec Defense Technologies in Coachella, California, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform routine chemical and physical tests, calibrate instruments, and prepare reagents in a high-precision environment.

You will report to the Laboratory Supervisor, work with mid-level managers, and contribute to accurate results, safety, and compliant procedures while using Excel and database systems to log data.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of college chemistry is desired.
• Ability to follow procedures on testing and safety.
• Strong time management and outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to learn handling laboratory chemicals, apparatus, and other instruments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine chemical and physical tests using lab equipment.
• Prepare reagents, calibrate instruments and report results.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Communicate results verbally and in writing.
