Job summary

RADISE International, LC seeks a dedicated Laboratory Technician to perform materials testing (asphalt, soils, concrete) supporting FDOT-compliant construction projects. You will collaborate with field inspectors, project engineers, and plant personnel to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of FDOT, AASHTO, and ASTM testing standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized laboratory and field tests on soils and concrete per FDOT, AASHTO, and ASTM.
• Accurately document test results.
• Maintain, calibrate, and inspect lab equipment for accuracy.
• Enter test data into laboratory information management software.
• Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, or quality concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental requirements.
