• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Vo-tech degree in HVAC or related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Experience operating a lift truck.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Clear written and verbal communication in a team environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented for test documentation and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Utilize blueprints, drawings, and manuals to assemble, fabricate, and troubleshoot test units.
• Understand and apply industry test standards to complete development testing.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize test data in written reports using MS Office.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain lab test equipment and instrumentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lab and ensure calibration is current.
• Support intradepartmental product development teams according to defined requirements.
