Laboratory Technician Evergreen

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct technical experiments and projects
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams
• Work with quality systems and prepare reports for regulatory agencies
• Develop technical expertise through hands-on work
• Assist in developing new technologies to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and support technologies for commercial products, including experimental materials, scale-up evaluations, and analytical measurements
• Assist customers with process optimization and new applications
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop new formulations for product fitness and usability
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on technical questions
• Document experimental work and write technical and invention reports
• Promote and work in a safe environment

Qualifications

• Associate Degree/Technical Diploma in a Scientific Field or 4-year Degree preferred
• Mandatory coursework: General Chemistry I & Lab, General Chemistry II & Lab, Organic Chemistry I & Lab, Organic Chemistry II & Lab, Quantitative Analysis (can be completed on-site)
• Formal training in laboratory procedures
• Strong problem-solving, math, and science skills, with familiarity in statistical methods
• Initiative and teamwork skills; excellent written and oral communication
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
