• Compile laboratory test data and perform analyses.
• Document testing procedures including data capture forms and logs.
• Promote a safe work environment by following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
• Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products.
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure that the product meets all quality standards.
• Conduct allergen inspections of equipment and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.
• Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
• Promote a safe work environment by following safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a laboratory technician in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide feedback to the supervisor team.
• Strong understanding of chemical safety and allergen inspections.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with the quality team.
• High level of accountability, reliability, and responsibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
