We specialize in blood chemistry, pharmacogenomics (PGX) testing to support precision medicine, along with comprehensive urine drug testing and in-depth toxicology programs utilizing state-of-the-art Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a blood based chemistry Laboratory Technician, located in Raleigh, NC. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing routine and specialized testing, ensuring compliance with quality control protocols, and accurately documenting results. The role also includes supporting laboratory operations by adhering to standard procedures and contributing to an efficient and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining blood testing laboratory equipment
• Strong clinical chemistry, immunology and other lab skills, including knowledge of standard protocols and lab safety
• Experience in quality control practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of results
• Analytical skills to interpret and assess data effectively
• Previous experience as a medical Laboratory Tech or similar role
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Familiarity with clinical chemistry toxicology and molecular diagnostic techniques is a plus
