Job summary

Geocomp GTX’s Soil Testing Laboratory in Elmsford, NY is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a growing team. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art automated testing equipment and contribute to site characterization, geotechnical design, and quality control projects.

You will be part of a new, safety-focused team delivering accurate geotechnical testing services while providing room for professional growth within a collaborative laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• No prior laboratory experience required — full training will be provided.
• Valid Driver's license required for sample pickup duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on soils.
• Collect, record, and report test data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with laboratory projects and daily operations as needed.
• Drive to project sites or client offices for sample pickups (company vehicle provided).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
• Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and process compliance.

Geocomp’s GeoTesting Express (GTX) is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our Soil Testing Laboratory in Elmsford, NY.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to launch their career in geotechnical testing. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art automated testing equipment, advanced processes, and real-world projects that support site characterization, geotechnical design, quality control, and performance assessment.
