Job summary

ALS is hiring Laboratory Technicians for our Marshfield, WI Food Lab to support testing services and sample handling. You will assist with sample receipt, preparation, data entry, media preparation, and maintain strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, training provided, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong teamwork and attention to detail.

About the role

We are seeking Laboratory Technicians to support testing within our food testing laboratory. ALS Food Safety provides an extensive range of testing services for a variety of industries and products. This role is responsible for supporting testing services through sample receipt and preparation, data entry, media preparation, cleaning and customer service. The ideal candidate will follow all quality and safety guidelines while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. We work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met now and in the future.

Due to exciting growth, ALS is currently recruiting Laboratory Technicians in our Marshfield, WI Food Lab. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. We will train the right candidates!

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and collaboration skills (Teamwork!)
• Focused, organized, and detail oriented
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting or food industry is a plus

Working conditions

• A 4 day/10 hour work schedule for full-time positions and flexible options for part-time positions
• Fast-paced laboratory environment
• The ability to stand for a good portion of the workday while performing the duties of this position
