RATE: $17.00 - $24.77 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + On Call Rotation
Precisely and accurately performs a variety of technical procedures from patients of all ages. These procedures may be performed with the use of manual, semi-automated methodologies and include accepted quality control procedures, competency testing and proficiency testing.
Preferred 2 years experience in laboratory/phlebotomy, MLT (ASCP) or NCA with clinical lab experience, or A.A. in Science with clinical experience. Minimum qualification is high school diploma/GED with satisfactory training administered by CLIA recognized supervisor. Must have acceptable KBI record check. Must have valid driver's license.
Problem solving skills, ability to work under time constraints without error.
Chemistry analyzer, hematology analyzer, coagulation instrument, triage meter, Siemens Clinitek Status Urinalysis analyzer and other miscellaneous WAIVE testing instruments.
Good vision, dexterity, ambulation, cognitive thinking required. May involve standing for several hours. Work involves frequent interruptions; must be able to work in emergent situations with clarity. Regularly required to sit, talk, see and hear. Frequently required to sit, stand, use hands, reach and walk stoop and bend; must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Work independently with minimal supervision.
