Job summary

Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is expanding its laboratory team and seeking a Laboratory Technician. This full-time role involves hands-on work in a precision, world-class precious metals refining operation. Training starts on a 5-day schedule, then shifts to a rotating 4-day, 10-hour days schedule from 7:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. You will support laboratory operations across wet chemistry, instrumentation, and fire assay, perform sample prep, testing, and documentation, and contribute to quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and relevant industrial or lab experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing or wet chemistry.
• ISO 9000/14000 environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations in Inorganic Wet Chemistry, Instrumentation, and Fire Assaying.
• Perform sample preparation, testing, analysis, and documentation of results.
• Conduct quality control testing and maintain analytical instrumentation.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
• Cross-train in other laboratory areas to broaden skills.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and detail-oriented lab environment.

Laboratory Technician – Join ACC’s Growing Team!

Do you love science, precision, and hands-on work that makes a real impact? Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is expanding our laboratory team and looking for aLaboratory Technicianwho’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our world‑class precious metals refining operation.

This is afull-time position (40 hours per week). You’ll start on a5-day schedulefor training, then move to a4-day work week(four 10-hour days,7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) — a rotating schedule that truly supportswork-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Support laboratory operations inInorganic Wet Chemistry, Instrumentation, and Fire Assaying
• Perform sample preparation, testing, analysis, and documentation of results
• Conductquality control testingand maintain analytical instrumentation
• Assist withcalibration and maintenanceof test equipment
• Cross-train inother laboratory areasto broaden your skills
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and detail-oriented lab environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diplomaand relevant industrial or lab experience
