Job summary

Nemera is seeking a detail-oriented technician to perform testing on medical devices in our Chicago laboratory using analytical equipment.

You will analyze results, document findings, and help implement new testing methods while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and managing consumables. You will report deviations and ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations throughout the workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with the MS Suite.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Perform various testing on medical devices utilizing analytical equipment.
  • Analyse and interpret test results, ensuring data is within specification limits.
  • Document and report test findings and observations, maintaining accurate records according to documentation requirements.
  • Participate in the implementation of new testing methods and protocols.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of thelaboratory.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
  • Experience in alaboratory environment.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with the MS Suite.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain variouslaboratory equipment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and FDA regulations.

PAY RANGE:$20.00 USD - $30.00 USD Hourly(This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
