Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the front line of patient care. You will process and prepare specimens for referral laboratories, identify specimen issues, and implement corrective actions in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires an accredited associate degree in lab science or MLT, plus 1 year of relevant experience. You will work with automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and pipettes while upholding safety and

• At minimum an associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms.
