Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical or biological science is required.
• Two (2) years clinical lab experience in the designed lab area/speciality.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for designated laboratory sections and ensure testing procedures meet regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement new test methods, equipment evaluations, and quality control initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide medical technologists; ensure staff competency through training and education.
• Monitor QA programs and assist with audits to maintain accreditation.
