Provide direction to lab team. Fully participate in LEAN deployment on site, including 5S, SPs, CIS, and Kaizen, to help develop and sustain a LEAN environment. Lead and direct the Quality Control processes in accordance with defined KPIs. Prepare ICP calibration standards with independent verification before releasing them for routine use. Distinguish between good and bad data.
