The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for oversight of day to day laboratory operations and supervision of subordinate personnel, data collection, special projects, preparation and presentation of reports on special projects, budget variance analyses, review of test results, resolution of issues, problems, and/or complaints. Ensures quality service levels from all shifts, continuing laboratory accreditation by all accrediting/licensing agencies, processes administrative and financial transactions.

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $78884 - $128188.76 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
