As a night-shift Laboratory Supervisor at IDEXX, you will be a people leader at one of the largest veterinary diagnostic companies in the world. You will supervise a team of Medical Laboratory Technicians who are helping to analyze samples, which assists veterinarians in diagnosing and treating pets. In This Role:

• You will leverage your passion for coaching and developing employees, helping them reach their business goals and full potential.

• This position oversees all general lab departments on the 3rd shift, with responsibilities split approximately 60% off bench and 40% on bench.

• You will organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and oversee costs and metrics.

• You will troubleshoot daily, from diagnostic analyzers to workflow and turnaround time challenges.

• You will serve as a business and people leader within the lab and the broader line of business.

• You will bring enthusiasm for teamwork, success, innovation, and excellence every day.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• You are able to work nights.

• You have extensive people leadership experience.

• You have reference lab experience (human or veterinary).

• You have supervised 10+ employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• You possess knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, innovative environment.

• You are passionate about leadership and animal health.

• You can meet physical requirements such as standing, sitting, extended reach, lifting up to 50 lbs, and vision capabilities.

• Potential exposure to biohazards, zoonotic agents, and chemicals exists in this laboratory role.

What You Can Expect From Us:

• Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000, flexible based on experience.

• Annual cash bonus opportunity.

Schedule:
