Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor in the Smyrna, GA area to lead laboratory operations and coordinate services across lab, field, and testing activities.

You will oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling, and customer-focused outcomes while ensuring policy compliance and data accuracy. A strong candidate will have chemistry/biology background and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of laboratory, services, field, or testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
• Oversee testing, scheduling, inventory management, services, and lab/field operations coordination.
• Review documents and data; ensure accuracy of testing and reports.
• Provide guidance on lab and operational policies and analyze trends for management.
