Job summary

The supervisor will coordinate workloads, supervise staff, review data, maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance with EH&S and QA requirements while supporting department management and client delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work projects with project managers to prioritize laboratory workload.
• Manages in-house projects to meet turnaround times.
• Supervises Analysts to maximize productivity and ensure testing procedures.
• Reviews data and authorizes release of results.
• Maintains SOPs and EH&S compliance.
• Assists department manager with performance reviews and training.
