Job summary

• Manages laboratory quality control, including equipment calibration.
• Monitors quality of work for compliance with laboratory standards.
• Provides technologist coverage as necessary during peak workloads and staff absences.
• Performs personnel related functions (hiring, firing, discipline, training, etc..)
