Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of laboratory experience.
• Documented supervisory experience in a lab setting.
• ASCP Certification or NYS licensure for Clinical Laboratory Medicine, or equivalent.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic) and data analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
