Job summary

Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee clinical laboratory operations and ensure high-quality patient care within the hospital setting. • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Laboratory Services experience in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science.
• One year of experience as a supervisor or higher.
• ASCP, NCA, or CLS credential or equivalent required.
• MTA license required.
• Fire Safety Card required (must obtain within 90 days of start).

• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance and calibration.

• Serve as a resource for laboratory staff, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Laboratory Supervisor, you will oversee our clinical laboratory operations. The Laboratory Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality laboratory services to support patient care within our hospital.

Every day, you will manage and supervise the daily operations of the hospital laboratory, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will oversee a team of laboratory technologists and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

$54.52 - $81.10 /hour
