OhioHealth is seeking a Laboratory Services Supervisor to oversee departmental operations in the Core Lab, directing technical operations and staff. This role emphasizes quality, safety and customer service in a hospital laboratory environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the division manager, maintaining regulatory compliance (CAP/CLIA/ASC), and driving process improvements, training, and performance management for technical and support staff.
This position provides supervision for the department (s) of OhioHealth Laboratory Services.
5% Performs other misc. duties as assigned.
Associate's Degree (Required)
ASCP or equivalent certification required within two years of hire
Years of experience: 3 years in a patient care or clinical laboratory setting.
Work Shift: Evening Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40 Department Core Lab
