Job summary

STRATA is seeking an experienced Laboratory Services Manager to lead construction materials testing operations in Idaho Falls, ID. You will oversee daily performance, quality, staff development, client service, equipment readiness, and delivery of accurate test results and reports.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep CM testing experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to mentor a team while supporting STRATA offices regionally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring laboratory or technical staff.
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing procedures and quality control.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities
