Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience in an academic, biotech, pharma, or similar setting.
• Familiarity with aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments per established protocols and support automated workflows.
• Culture mammalian cells, count cells, prepare media.
• Prepare reagents, consumables, and materials for experiments.
• Maintain records in electronic notebooks and data management systems.
• Assist with data collection, data quality checks, and organization of results.
• Identify and resolve routine laboratory and automation issues.
• Support operations: inventory, equipment maintenance, and lab organization.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and core facility staff.
• Adhere to laboratory safety and compliance requirements.
