Job summary

SNA International seeks a bright, collaborative Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This is a primarily remote position, with in-person reporting to the Atlantic City, NJ lab once a quarter.

Responsibilities include developing QA methodologies, maintaining a QMS, and performing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits, while supporting documentation and procedures across hardware, software, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in science or engineering.
• Five (5) years of specialized experience in the QA/QC field.
• Training and expertise to perform ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical processes and procedures, and DoD standards, models, and regulations.
• Ability to write reports without supervision.
• Ability to work independently.
• The ability to report in-person to the laboratory in Atlantic City, NJ once a quarter.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Define major and minor quality characteristics, including quality metrics and scoring parameters.
• Determine the requisite quality control resources.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation.
• Assist in the evaluation of the QMS by conducting ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits and/or participating in formal ISO third-party conformance audits and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.
• Create, maintain, and post quality assurance forms/templates and standard operating procedures.
• Occasionally traveling to other laboratories for meetings.
