Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1-3 years laboratory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient in lab data recording and basic math.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on carbon blacks and feedstock using lab devices.
• Set up and operate testing equipment for new tests.
• Notify supervisor of out-of-spec results for corrective action.
• Record data in spreadsheets and LIMS.
• Calibrate equipment and perform maintenance as needed.
• Assist with supplies inventory for the lab.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety and RC14001 guidelines.
