Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Seasonal Laboratory and Quality Assurance Technician to support the Northern Laboratory Operations and QA Department. The role focuses on ISO compliance, 100% daily paperwork proof checks, and assisting with audits and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

Associate Degree with science background or equivalent preferred.
1–2 years related experience or training.
ISO 17025 experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Weekend and holiday availability; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Confirm the Management System is implemented and followed.
Perform 100% proof checks on daily paperwork for ISO compliance.
Assist in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ELAP, GLP, USDA, FDA and customer requirements.
Extensive database entry and support lab operations, including certificates.
Issue, track and maintain employee training records.
Assist QA in supervising quality sections at multiple locations.
Communicate safety, quality, or technical issues to QA.
Support lab by ordering supplies and handling POs.
Travel to other lab locations (Yuba City and Winters) as needed.
