Job Location: Primary location in Flushing, NY, commuting to other boroughs is required.

Employment Type: Part-time/ Full-time (3-4 days per week) – Flexible schedule available.

Job Overview:

Rendr is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Laboratory Coordinator to manage the outreach and coordination of lab supplies and feedback between our clinical sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery and communication of essential lab supplies while fostering strong relationships with our internal clinical sites. This role requires commuting to various locations, a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Rendr’s internal clinical sites to confirm lab supply needs and gather feedback.
  • Deliver lab orders and supplies to clinical sites promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplies and deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the laboratory and clinical sites, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance lab-site communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during delivery and supply management.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the office manager.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical laboratory setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for deliveries).
  • Ability to perform light lifting of lab supplies and equipment.
  • Availability to work 3-4 days per week based in Flushing, NY (delivery days are subject to needs of the clinical offices and must be willing to commute to various locations within New York City.
