Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Laboratory to lead the Core Laboratory and oversee short- and long-term operations. This role reports to the Director of Laboratory and requires strategic oversight, staff leadership, and cross-site collaboration.

Responsibilities include implementing new testing programs, ensuring QA and regulatory compliance, and optimizing processes. A Bachelor's degree with ASCP certification eligibility is required, with leadership experience preferred.

• Strong collaboration with system and site leadership for new technology.

• Implements new programs, tests, methods, and procedures; validates testing.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement new technology and processes.
• Recruit, train, and develop laboratory staff; schedule and manage workload.
• Maintain quality through QA, proficiency testing, and records.
• Ensure regulatory and staff competency; keep workspace inspection-ready.
• Manage department budget; negotiate vendor pricing; track coding and billing.
