Qualifications

• Certification: Medical Technologist/MLS by ASCP or AMT upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and staff during assigned shift.
• Review test results and ensure proper sample handling and inventory.
• Monitor quality standards, competency training, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing and supply usage within budget constraints.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training to team members.
• Perform tests across pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases.
