• Partner with EH&S teams to implement laboratory safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Supervise student assistants and part-time employees through training, guidance, and performance management.
• Procur e, maintain, and monitor laboratory inventory and equipment.
• Track laboratory budgets and support efficient resource utilization.
• Assist with development of laboratory experiments and provide instructional support as needed.
