The Laboratory Manager will oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensure timely and accurate services, review worksheets, perform proficiency testing, and analyze results to identify root causes, within budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• MLS (ASCP) certification or equivalent with 6 years of lab experience.
• Understanding of the use and limitation of laboratory equipment; BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees laboratory operations within budget and guidelines.
• Manages day-to-day lab activities and problem solving.
• Reviews daily worksheets and logs for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform proficiency testing and analyze results for root causes.
