Job summary

Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP seeks a Laboratory Manager for Wilcox Memorial Medical Center in Lihue, Hawaii. This role leads laboratory operations, identifies opportunities for efficiency, and partners with the Regional Manager to develop and inspire teams delivering high-quality care.

You will interact with clients and staff, monitor performance indicators, and drive process improvements to maximize profitability while upholding safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record over the past 3 years.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory operations with a focus on identifying opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Support the Regional Manager with organizational goals and developing your team.
• Interact with clients, patients, employees, and business units with a strong customer focus.
• Review business indicators, optimize processes, and maximize profitability.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
