Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure experiments follow protocols.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and materials.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data; document findings.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory, reagents, and safety inspections.
  • Support safety compliance by inspecting the lab and reporting hazards.
  • Assist in training new staff on equipment and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Engage in professional development to stay current in lab management.
  • Collaborate with researchers to provide technical support for experiments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
