Job description

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in clinical laboratory science to join our team. The position requires working five 8-hour night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including a rotating weekend schedule. There is no on-call or float requirement for this role.

Requirements

• ASCP/ASCP - MLS Certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital clinical laboratory is required.
• Proficiency in the following areas:
• Review and interpretation of quality control (QC).
• Specimen preparation.
• Use of hematology/coagulation automated instruments.
• Knowledge of manual differential techniques.
• Proper labeling, disposal, and storage procedures.
