This role focuses on practicing in a diverse general surgical pathology setting while collaborating with clinicians, laboratory staff, and hospital leadership. Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • AP/CP Board Certification required.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
  • Prior leadership or laboratory medical directorship experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic services in anatomic and clinical pathology.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with laboratory leadership to support operational excellence.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, hospital staff, and laboratory personnel.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, committee work, and other medical staff activities as appropriate.
  • Provide laboratory medical directorship services, if applicable.

Requirements
