Job summary

PathGroup is seeking AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologists for current and future opportunities in the greater Nashville area. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality diagnostic pathology services based on the needs of the assigned practice.
  • Collaborate with general and subspecialty pathologists, clinicians, laboratory operations teams, and client services.
  • Participate in applicable quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Support laboratory quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
  • Provide clinical consultation to physicians and other healthcare partners.
  • Participate in practice-specific call coverage and scheduling models.
  • Contribute to a collegial, collaborative, and physician-led practice environment.
  • Assume medical leadership responsibilities when applicable to the available position.
