Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS with board certification in AP/CP.
• New Jersey Medical License and eligibility for NJ Bioanalytical Laboratory Director License.
• At least five years of leadership experience in a CAP-accredited laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Lead pathology laboratory operations at RWJUH-Somerset.
• Provide clinical direction and oversight of tests and CAP accreditation.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care providers; participate in tumor boards.
• Oversee staff, managers, supervisors, and senior technologists.
