Weill Cornell Medicine’s Surgical Research unit on the Upper East Side invites applications for a Laboratory Manager. This role oversees operational activities of research laboratories, ensures safety, efficiency and quality control, and supervises staff and trainees in equipment use per SOPs.
Key duties include budget support, grant and trial regulatory preparation, assay development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and training.

Under guidance, manages the operational activities of research laboratories and supervises of a variety of activities related to the planning, performance and supervision of basic and/or clinical research.
Approximately 3-5 years of laboratory management experience.
