Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks a Laboratory Department Supervisor to oversee budgeting, staff leadership, and quality testing across the clinical lab environment.

You will manage annual operating and capital budgets, direct daily operations, and ensure compliance with CLIA General Supervisor requirements while coordinating with Tenet Healthcare Laboratory teams on instrument acquisition and LIS integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related Health Science Specialty; meets CLIA General Supervisor requirements.
• 5 years of progressive management experience in an acute care facility.
• Registered with an approved certifying agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent); licensure as required by State law.

Responsibilities

Licensure/Certification:

Registered in accordance with an approved certifying agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent).

Licensure, as required by State law.

Preferred:

Education: Master's in Allied Health Specialty or Health Administration or Business.

Licensure/Certification: ASCP or NCA registration preferred
