Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Experience performing custodial duties in a research/laboratory setting.
• Experience safely operating custodial and grounds-maintenance equipment such as floor scrubbers, lawn mowers, and snowblowers.

Responsibilities

• Uses basic equipment and supplies to clean assigned areas and remove waste and recyclables.
• Keeps walkways clear of debris, snow, and ice.
• Documents and reports repairs, violations, and pest control needs.
• Maintains organization of supply areas and inventories equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and secures facility entrances and reports issues to appropriate teams.
