Job summary

Integrity Laboratories LLC is seeking a Laboratory Claims & Coding Supervisor responsible for timely and accurate submission of all laboratory claims. You will lead the billing operations, design and enforce policies, and streamline processes across payer markets to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in medical billing and coding.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, healthcare administration, or business management preferred.
• CPC certification preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in lab billing.
• Experience with CPT, ICD9 and ICD10 terminology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and patient billing regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab billing department and monitor productivity to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and AR targets.
• Drive revenue cycle improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Support staff development and performance assessments.
• Provide leadership across reimbursement, coding, compliance, and credentialing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and advise on days in AR.
• Prepare monthly department analyses and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
