Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Billing and Coding Supervisor to oversee claims processing and ensure accurate billing across the organization. You will resolve disputed claims, verify data, and work with internal teams to improve reimbursement outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of medical office billing experience, knowledge of E/M coding, and familiarity with payer requirements. A high school diploma is required, with billing certification preferred.

• Resolves disputed claims by gathering, verifying, providing information, and following up.
• Resolves discrepancies by examining data and selecting corrective steps.
• Maintains operations by following policies and reporting compliance issues.
• Keeps quality results by adhering to company standards.
• Keeps knowledge current on Medicaid/Medicare billing and reimbursement procedures.
• Performs other assigned duties as needed.
