Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose

Responsible for overseeing all technical functions for specimen collection and processing.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise laboratory activities to ensure procedures are performed promptly, accurately, and precisely according to policies and procedures.
  • Participate in departmental staffing, budgeting, and respond to business changes affecting goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is essential.
Minimum Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
Experience
  • 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
  • < 2 years
Preferred Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
