Pay Info: Eligible for new hire sign-on bonus! Laboratory Assistant $16.00-23.50; Senior Laboratory Assistant $17.00-25.50; Pathology Technician $23.50-36.00

Schedule:
Part-time clinic shifts Monday-Friday between 6:45am-5:00pm
Every 3rd weekend hospital shift 5:00am-1:30pm
Duties include:
Prepping & performing phlebotomy on children up to elderly patients
Preparing samples for pickup
Maintain appropriate supplies inventory
Charting blood draws
Laboratory Assistant = no previous experience needed
Senior Laboratory Assistant = requires active phlebotomy certification
Pathology Technician = requires bachelor's degree in biology or related subject
Job Summary
Responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing specimens biological specimens. Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.
Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
