Salary Range: $16.00 - $23.50
Department Details: This is an early morning, Monday - Friday phlebotomy position with potential flexibility to work around school and additional employment schedules. No nights, weekends or observed holidays. Primary duties involve blood collections at Fargo - Moorhead area skilled nursing facilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Job Summary: Responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing biological specimens. Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and laboratory-related experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
